A: As long as your partner has respectfully indicated when he will return and lets you know if arrangements change, it is up to you to learn to soothe yourself and address your insecurities. Develop some interests and activities of your own, otherwise you begin to grow an unhealthy co-dependency and put the relationship at risk.
